If we are a good mutual fit for your travel, we’ll establish our working relationship with a Client Agreement and concierge service fee, if applicable. We’ll also collect all necessary traveler information (e.g. Passport information, Trusted Traveler program, etc.) in preparation for booking.

Following the initial consultation, our team will get right to work crafting a personalized itinerary proposal(s) for your trip. We prioritize your shared preferences while incorporating a little One Day Closer Travel magic of our own.

This is where the fun really begins! Your personalized trip itinerary will be delivered to you via a robust itinerary tool for your review. We welcome your feedback at this time to ensure your trip inclusions are just right.

Once your itinerary is approved, we’ll finalize your travel plans with our supplier partners. Prior to travel, you’ll receive your comprehensive itinerary, with all necessary travel details, for reference leading up to and during your trip. Congrats — you’re One Day Closer to a fantastic getaway!
